Do not submit sensitive records
Do not enter or send Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, tax returns, account numbers, portal credentials, medical records, or other sensitive documents through this website or a general inquiry form.
Approved intake route
The final consultation link routes to JH Group CPA’s website. JH Group CPA may collect the information a visitor chooses to provide there under its own privacy practices. Secure document instructions are provided only after fit and scope are confirmed.
Anonymous website analytics
HeyDoctorCPA uses standard Vercel Web Analytics on the production website. Limited funnel events indicate that a visitor viewed or engaged with the questionnaire, completed or copied an on-page checklist, built or copied a summary, selected a physician path, or continued to the JH Group CPA intake page. Event data is limited to page path, a non-identifying pathway label, and funnel stage. Checkup selections, offer terms, questionnaire selections, written answers, names, contact information, and sensitive records are not included in these events. Vercel describes its Web Analytics as anonymized and cookie-free.
Technical data
Hosting and network providers may process standard request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and timestamps for security and delivery. HeyDoctorCPA does not use the on-page tools as a record-submission system.
Professional relationship
Using this site or contacting the firm does not create a client relationship. A relationship begins only through an executed engagement agreement.
